With real estate experience spanning both Brisbane and London, Willow brings a strong foundation in sales support, campaign execution, and client service. She previously worked alongside a leading agent at Ray White New Farm, managing end-to-end campaign processes including marketing, compliance, buyer management, and client communication. Her earlier role as a Sales Administrator further strengthened her understanding of the sales lifecycle and the importance of precision behind the scenes.

Willow’s time with Knight Frank in London’s prestigious Belgravia market exposed her to high-end property transactions, sharpening her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to operate in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

As an integral part of the Cameron Crouch Team, Willow specialises in campaign coordination, marketing execution, contracts and compliance, and delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for every client. Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence ensure that every property is presented at its absolute best and every campaign runs smoothly from launch to settlement.
